Can I choose which services I receive?

Yes, during your assessment and care planning, you can specify the services that best meet your needs. RusCare will work with you to create a personalized support plan that addresses your individual requirements and preferences.

How often can I receive services?

The frequency of services depends on your assessed needs and the referral codes you receive from My Aged Care. Services can be provided daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly based on what works best for you. We'll discuss scheduling during your care planning.

Can services be provided in my language?

Absolutely! RusCare specializes in providing services to the Russian-Australian community. Our care workers and coordinators speak Russian fluently, and all services can be provided in your preferred language—Russian or English.

What if my needs change over time?

If your care needs change, you can request a re-assessment through My Aged Care. This may result in additional services being approved, or if your needs have increased significantly, you may be referred to Support at Home for more comprehensive care.

Do I need a referral from a doctor to access CHSP services?

No, you don't need a doctor's referral to apply for CHSP. However, it can be helpful to discuss your needs with your GP, as they can provide valuable medical information during your My Aged Care assessment.
