How often can I receive services?
The frequency of services depends on your assessed needs and the referral codes you receive from My Aged Care. Services can be provided daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly based on what works best for you. We'll discuss scheduling during your care planning.
Can services be provided in my language?
Absolutely! RusCare specializes in providing services to the Russian-Australian community. Our care workers and coordinators speak Russian fluently, and all services can be provided in your preferred language—Russian or English.
