At RusCare, we've been providing compassionate personal care to the Russian-Australian community for nearly 70 years. Our approach combines professional expertise with deep cultural understanding:
70 Years of Experience
Since 1955, we've built a reputation for excellence in aged care. Our experience means we understand the unique needs of older Australians, particularly those from Russian backgrounds.
Russian-Speaking Caregivers
Many of our personal care workers speak Russian fluently. This ensures you can communicate your preferences, concerns, and needs in your preferred language, creating comfort and understanding.
Culturally Sensitive Approach
We understand Russian cultural values around modesty, family, and personal care. Our caregivers respect your traditions, preferences, and the way you prefer to receive care.
Flexible Scheduling
Personal care visits can be scheduled at times that suit your routine - morning, afternoon, or evening. We work around your preferences and daily schedule.
Consistent Care Workers
Where possible, we assign the same care workers to your services. This builds trust, familiarity, and ensures your caregivers understand your specific needs and preferences.
Quality & Safety Standards
All our care workers are fully qualified (Certificate III or IV in Individual Support), police checked, and undergo regular training in best practices and infection control.
